Turbomiser technology for the highest long-term efficiency
High efficiency Turbomiser technology has been chosen for the development of the air conditioning plant in a brand new building in the high class residential area Zafaraniyeh in North Teheran. In the development of the new air conditioning plant the client was explicitly looking for the best in terms of quality, efficiency and reliability.
They are not looking at the short-term: they are not interested in saving money at the beginning if this means to have non-top units which are probably going to need much more efforts and costs in the future. To meet client’s requirements Geoclima designed and developed one Turbomiser air cooled unit with 220 KW of cooling capacity and one Clima Tech air handling unit. Compared to scroll and screw chillers, although at first it may seem to be the most expensive solution, Turbomiser by Geoclima is actually much more cost effective than other units on a ten-year time horizon as all related energy, running and maintenance costs are dramatically reduced. In addition to energy and money saving, Turbomiser provides very high performance and improves comforts levels in the building, which houses shops and commercial centers as well as apartments and offices.
