Standard Features
- U.L. Listed, and EPA Compliant, R410a refrigeration condensing unit complies with latest codes
- Single refrigeration circuit with Copeland scroll compressor with crankcase heater
- Air cooled, high ambient, vertical discharge, condenser for 100°F ambient;
- Fan cycle control provides head pressure control down to 0°F ambient
- Weather proof electrical panel with single point power connection to compressor contactor
- 24 vac control circuit with component sequenced terminal strip for easy troubleshooting
- Remote control panel with electronic thermostat, digital temperature indicator lighted switches
- High performance Stainless steel brazed plate evaporators insulated with 1/2″ of closed cell insulation
- Externally equalized thermal expansion valve with liquid line solenoid valve, filter drier, sight glass
- Copper water lines with FPT connections and insulated with 1/2” closed cell prevents condensation mess
- Water flow safety switch locks out compressor in no flow condition
- Internal bypass loop to return line prevents pump deadheading
- Lifetime polyethylene reservoir with cabinet mounted fill port and glass tube external level gauge
- High head, cast iron centrifugal pump with nominal capacity of 2.4 gpm/ton at 100 ft. hd.
- Cabinet mounted CHWS outlet pressure gauge and analog temperature gauge
- Powder coated welded steel frame with laminated aluminum panels
- Warranty: One (1) ) year limited parts, five ( 5 ) years limited compressor warranty
- Systems leak checked, pressure tested, charged, and run tested under load prior to shipment
- Shipped in full export quality wooden crate to minimize risk of shipping damage

- Coaxial, shell and tube, special marine grade or other special types of evaporators
- Hot gas by-pass for freeze protection or capacity control (low load situations)
- Heated and insulated receiver for ambient temperatures below 30°F
- Nonferrous piping in lieu of copper for deionized water or corrosive fluids
- Condenser coil coating for corrosion protection in coastal areas and caustic environments
- Voltage and phase monitor in 2 through 7.5 ton
- Cabinet mounted temperature, glycerin filled refrigeration pressure gauges
- Sanitary, double wall, evaporator for potable water
- Inhibited propylene glycol concentrate in 55 gallon drums or 5 gallon carboys
- Closed system reservoir in lieu of open polyethylene
- Factory authorized technician for startup and training
- Factory authorized contractor for installation
- Castors for portability
