International Symposium on Natural Working Fluid CO2 Refrigeration and Heat Pump Technology
In China, a higher requirement is proposed for the refrigerant substitution of the industrial and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning, as the HCFCs phase-out management plan (HPMP) (stage II) is being implemented. Among numerous alternative refrigerants, natural working fluid CO2 shows a great potential and advantage. Therefore, it will play a significant role in promoting the application of CO2 technology in China in this crucial period.
In order to improve the CO2 research in refrigeration and air-conditioning industry and technology progress in China, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Foreign Economic Cooperation Office, Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP-PECO) will jointly organize the International Symposium on Natural Working Fluid CO2 Refrigeration and Heat Pump Technology in September, which will lead CO2 technology and product widespread in China.
