Costco for the first time in France and Iceland with Arneg
It is Costco the protagonist of the year's event for the world of wholesale in France and Iceland. The two recent openings (May and June 2017) saw a multitude of retail dealers and large families moving between refrigerated cabinets, cold rooms and refrigeration systems signed by Arneg… swarming in the paradise of branded products at attractive prices.
Costco, the second largest retail chain in the world, is born in America and is present with hundreds of outlets all around the world. The format it proposes is always the same: mastodontic buildings, goods mass storage, selected brands to ensure high quality and “family sized” shopping-carts for really starving customers/members!
Thanks to the massive load capacity of ANKARA 3, LISBONA 2 and other models created specifically for Costco, Arneg has functionally and efficiently furnished both the new Villebon-sur-Yvette store (in Essonne, the same French department of Paris) and the Garðabær one (near Reykjavík).
But the crown jewel of these two innovative stores is made up of refrigeration systems and CO2 refrigeration plants installed to ensure maximum energy efficiency and respect for the environment. In the complex panorama of installed systems stands out the HPM CO2 subcritical plant, recommended for low temperature systems in medium and large supermarkets. The high reliability and safety of the plants meet low energy costs, while demonstrating the commitment of a big retailer such as Costco towards a more sustainable and environmental sensitive future.
